This process involves organizing records – medical and non-medical, chronologically or facility-wise, or any other criteria that you would like to use, e.g., pre-injury v. post-injury. Based on your requirements, we can remove or deprioritize records that are not of significance to you, thus helping you focus on the records that matter. We can also provide a table of contents with hyperlinks to each document in your entire set of records. Sample to follow.
We will remove all duplicate records.
